Haynes and Boone, LLP and Iaso Ventures announced on Nov. 19, 2020, that they have formed a new alliance to provide strategic advice and best practices to startup healthcare companies.

Both firms have deep experience serving the neuroscience and behavioral health sectors and are teaming to expand the scope of education and services that they can provide to startups.

Iaso Ventures and Haynes and Boone will co-produce events, webinars, podcasts and articles that will explore relevant topics and trends, spanning various legal and business concerns related to the core technologies of focus for Iaso, namely neuroscience and mental health. Haynes and Boone will also be available as a resource to provide legal services, as needed, to members of Iaso’s venture studio, as well as Iaso’s portfolio companies.
